Ingestion: If swallowed, give plenty of water. Get medical attention if symptoms appear.
Skin or Eye Contact: Flush with plenty of water. Get medical attention if symptoms appear.
5 - Fire Fighting Measures
Fire: Silver Carbonate does not burn. If involved in a fire, it first converts into Silver Oxide, then into Silver Powder.
6 - Accidental Release Measures
Wear protective equipment. Clean up in a way that doesn't disperse the crystals into the air.
7 - Handling and Storage
Store in a closed container. Silver Carbonate is light sensitive. It does not absorb moisture from the air.

Appearance: Yellow to yellow-grey colored powder.
Solubility: 0.033g/1000ml water @ 20°C (68°F).
Specific Gravity: 6.0
pH: none - does not affect the pH of solutions.
Melting Point: Decomposes to Silver Oxide at 218°C (424°F).
Dissolves in acid, releasing CO2 gas.

Stability: Stable at room temperature in sealed containers.
All sources of Chlorine will change Silver Carbonate into the white Silver Chloride.

Acute oral toxicity (LD50) 3.73g/kg - Mouse, 5g/kg - Guinea Pig.
Inhalation causes mucus membrane irritation.

Non-hazardous for air, sea and road freight.
